Roles and Responsibilities:
- Experience in Microsoft SharePoint technologies
- Experience with Microsoft 366 and the associated applications is required. The M366 primary applications include SharePoint Onfine, Microsoft, OneDrive
- Experience with the respective M365 Application Admin Conters as well as the Message Center, Servico Health, Usage Reports, and Service Request
- Power Shell for Microsoft 365 Administration to create, maintain, and debug scripts for automating rouline tasks
- Lead, analysis, design, develop, testing and deploying solutions
- Worked with the leadership team and customers to gather requirements and make recommendations for technology solutions.
- Documented operating procedures, technical document, process document and end user guide
- Worked closely with software development and mitigation team members to design and develop case search solutione to meet client requirements for functionality, scalability, and performance.
- Created reports on updates to project specifications, progress, identified conflicts and team activities
- Collaborated with cross-functional development team members to store and retrieve sensitive customer information and documents on evolving chent requirements
- Worked closely with other business analysts, development teams and infrastructure specialists to deliver high avallability solutions for minsion-critical applications
