ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Works with business and technology partners to develop solutions to meet business needs.

Must have mobile experience and ideally would have experience in issue management/managing Amdocs and also have some technical background.

Need to work with developers/testers/analysts and Director/VP level leadership. 

Must have experience working for VP level leadership and be able to demonstrate knowing when, how and what to communicate to leadership.

Must be a strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to ask the right questions in order to identify root cause of an issue and drive the appropriate solution

Must be able to drive issues and be willing/comfortable in proactively following up with individuals at all levels to ensure tasks are completed on time.

Ability and willingness to creatively figure out ways to accomplish what needs to be done and engage others in doing the same

Should be able to work well in fast paced and demanding environments. 

Identifies possible risks with contingency plans or work-around solutions with the client on a continual basis during the project life cycle.

Makes formal and informal presentations to various audiences.

Establishes effective professional business relationships with all levels of management

Performs other duties as assigned.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or abilities.

Experience managing projects under one or more methodologies (i.e. Agile, Scrum, etc.) is required.

Bachelor’s Degree in technical or software discipline preferred.

Must be a self-starter and work independently as well as part of a team.

Minimum of 10 years’ leadership experience in the mobile space

Strong workflow analysis, process integration and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle multiple issues simultaneously in a complex/changing environment

Solution Architecture or other technical support background a large plus
