Job description
Roles & Responsibilities:
· The ideal candidate should have good command of verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills.
· Candidate must have a clear understanding of benefits, compensations, US Visa / employment types and terms like W2, US Citizen, GC, OPT and CPT etc.
· Knowledge on technologies of the client requirements and knowledge of current IT trends.
· Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients.
· Experience of candidates working with US based State Clients is preferred.
· Excellent knowledge in Job portal searches like Monster, Dice, Career Builder, indeed, Supplier List, LinkedIn and etc.,
· Good experience in working on W2 Contract, Corp 2 Corp, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.
· Understanding of the immigration process and experience working with W2/1099/C2C/GC/EAD/US Citizens/TN Visa/H1B work Authorization.
· Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
· Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
· Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status.
· Proactively building resume database for upcoming/highly potential requirements.
· Brief understanding of client requirements.
· Third-Party sourcing knowledge and technique.
· Excellent Negotiation skills.
· Good in Relationship management with clients/vendors and consultants.
· Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment process across various IT Technologies.
· Ability to develop and maintain client/vendor network.
· Good experience in working with consultants on various visas (H1B, GC, US Citizens, OPT, etc.,)
· In-depth knowledge of hiring practices and existing laws with respect to the US market.
