Role: Telecom Business Analyst
Location : Austin, TX – Onsite
Client: Telecome client
Mandatory Areas
Must have Skills – Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skill 1 – Yrs of Exp – 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within the telecom industry.
Skill 2 – Yrs of Exp – In-depth experience with the eTOM (Enhanced Telecom Operations Map) framework.
Skill 3 – Yrs of Exp – Strong understanding of telecom technologies and systems (e.g., CRM, billing, network management).
Skill 4 – Yrs of Exp – Proficiency in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation using tools like MS Visio, JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
Skill 5 – Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
Good To have Skills –
Skill 1 – Yrs of Exp – Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and Jira for requirements management and progress tracking.
Skill 2 – Yrs of Exp – Certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) or project management (e.g., PMP, ScrumMaster).
