 Key Responsibilities

 Program Leadership

·       Direct the overall execution of a multi-year mainframe modernization program

·       Develop and maintain comprehensive program roadmaps aligned with business objectives

·       Establish and oversee program governance frameworks

·       Manage dependencies between multiple project streams including z/OS to z/Linux migration, IMS to DB2 conversion, and Broadcom product phase-out
