Role: Data Modeler
Location: Remote
Contract: 12+ Months
Need to work in CST | EST Time Zone

Responsibilities: 

• Work independently and communicating directly with the business and IT  
• Design data models, reports, and dashboards. 
• Ensure performance and security. 
• SQL Dimensional Modeling 
• Use Star schema Design Fact/dimensions star schema design for querying large data sets. 
• Apply Power BI modeling / DAX / SSAS 
• The developer will have modelled numerous situations and be able to understand and adapt to data needs quickly. 

Qualifications: 

• 10+ years of experience as a Data Modeler. 
• 8+ years of experience with SQL, including data modeling and writing complex queries. 
• Proven expertise in designing data models, reports, and dashboards. 
• Proficiency in SQL Dimensional Modeling. 
• Extensive experience with Star Schema design, including Fact and Dimension tables. 
• Demonstrated ability to create collaborative frameworks between IT and business teams using Power BI modeling, DAX, and SSAS.
