• Thorough understanding of Citrix Cloud – DAAS
• Thorough understanding of Citrix Provisioning services
• Thorough understanding of Citrix Storefront
• Good BAU experience
• Good knowledge of ITSM process and ServiceNow
• Hands on experience in Azure and VMware/Hyper-V
