Position:             Dynamics 365 (D365) Developer with Healthcare exp.

Location:            Remote 100%

We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 (D365) Developer to join our dynamic team focused on enhancing and maintaining our healthcare system. Responsible for customizing, developing, integrating, and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications in alignment with our healthcare-specific requirements. Your expertise will contribute to the optimization of patient care delivery and operational efficiency within our organization. 

DALLAS Healthcare Client- Remote

Project Overview:  implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications. This project aims to improve patient care delivery and operational efficiency by customizing and integrating Dynamics 365 solutions tailored to the specific needs of the healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

•           Customize and configure Dynamics 365 modules for patient management, scheduling, billing, and reporting.

•           Develop and implement custom plugins, workflows, and integrations using C#, .NET, and JavaScript within the D365 framework.

•           Collaborate with healthcare professionals, IT staff, and project managers to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

•           Design and maintain data migration strategies between legacy systems and D365, ensuring data integrity and consistency.

•           Conduct testing, debugging, and performance tuning to optimize D365 applications for reliability and scalability.

•           Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for D365 applications, resolving technical issues and implementing enhancements as needed.

•           Stay updated on Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform advancements and best practices to recommend and implement improvements.

Qualifications:

•           Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

•           Proven experience as a D365 Developer with a focus on healthcare systems or related domains.

•           Strong proficiency in customizing Dynamics 365 using tools such as Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

•           Extensive hands-on development experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL Server.

•           Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and regulations (HIPAA, HL7, etc.) is highly desirable.

•           Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

•           Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications: (Must have)

•           Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365 development (e.g., MB-400, MB-200) or equivalent certifications.

•           Experience with Azure services and cloud-based solutions.

•           Previous experience working on large-scale healthcare IT projects or systems.
