Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Kinaxis Demand Planning Consultant with over 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Kinaxis RapidResponse for demand planning, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

·       Implement and optimize Kinaxis RapidResponse to enhance demand planning processes in line with organizational goals.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze demand data and generate actionable insights.

·       Create and maintain robust demand forecasting models to improve forecasting accuracy.

·       Utilize analytics tools to identify trends in demand data, enhancing the organization’s responsiveness.

·       Conduct training sessions for end users to foster a culture of continuous improvement and effective usage of tools.

·       Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to demand planning and recommend strategic enhancements.

·       Develop and manage contingency plans to address risks and fluctuations in demand.
