Job Title – Senior Consultant (7532)
Job Location – 100% ONSITE in Chicago, IL (Remote is not an option)
Citizenship Requirements – No restrictions as long as legally eligible to work
Clearance Requests – NA
Job Duration – 14 months Contract (2240 Hours)
Dell Drug Test Needed – Yes
Business Hours – Monday – Friday 12 – 8 PM CST
Must have skills – PowerScale
Nice to have – Experience in HPC and High–Performance Storage environments
Project Tasks
The customer operates a large PowerScale cluster environment and requires a skilled PowerScale expert at each location. Due to the environment’s size, multiple support tickets are managed daily.
Resident is expected to:
• Open and manage all Dell support tickets, including executing all requests from support (gathering logs, executing commands, etc.) until issues are resolved.
• Work with support to manage all escalations.
• Coordinate and collaborate with the Dell Field Services team when dispatched to the customer location.
• Assist the customer with any additional tasks or activities as requested.
