Title: Senior Salesforce Technical Architect
Location: REMOTE but open to Travel to Milwaukee
Duration: 3-6 months

Day to Day:
- Accountable for the conversion of product requirements into an architecture and design that will become the blueprint for the solution being created
- Establish and implement company-wide practices for Salesforce development, configuration, and naming
- Define a framework for collaboration with third-party Salesforce integrators
- Own full end-to-end DevOps processes, continuously improving and monitoring through KPIS (DORA metrics)
- Draft, assess, review, and sign off on all solution architecture designs
- Make recommendations on data integration strategy, platform evolution, infrastructure, and tooling selection to optimize user experience
- Work as part of an agile and waterfall mixed product development team responsible for the timely execution of assigned tasks, and leverage experience to promote process improvement
- Understand and apply application architecture standards, policies, and procedures

- Monitor and approve configuration, solution architecture, development, and quality assurance aspects of the features
- Stay up-to-date on the Salesforce product roadmap and monitor for applicability
- Provide thought leadership in technical areas of expertise to promote the best-of-breed culture in application development
Must haves:
- Salesforce Certified Solution Architect (B2B and/or B2C) Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), or equivalent implementation expertise
- Ability to
- Minimum 12 years working in Salesforce with strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture
- Data Architecture within Salesforce Experience -understanding of Meta Data/Bulk API
- Experience with DevOps tools including Flosum, Snowflake, or Informatica
- Experience working in Multi-cloud environments including Sales/Service, Marketing, and Experience Clouds
- Experience with the deployment of large code packages
- Ability to review merging code and ensure there are no overlaps or code that is causing overrides
- Work with a large array of teams and stakeholders
- Ability to partner with 3rd party vendors and also advise on work suggestions
Plusses:

- CPQ experience
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
