About HCL

  • As a data analyst, you will be responsible for identifying software failures and data issues, and providing metrics reports for management.
  • Identification of service delivery concerns, including attendance at scheduled and ad hoc client meetings.
  • Client relationship management, including attendance at scheduled and ad hoc client meetings.
  • Ensure ticket/cases are managed and completed in a timely manner.
  • Monitor dashboards
  • Produce metrics reports used for team performance tracking and management updates
  • Identify automation opportunities to improve issue detection & resolution capability/efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross functional team to devise interim containment actions measures and establish preventive corrective actions.
  • Achieve all customer handling/resolution objectives and metrics while seeking opportunities to improve efficiency.

 

 

  • Any Graduate (3-4 years course)
  • Preference for any Data Science/Data Analyst certifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Data analytics or similar roles
  • Experience in working and managing communications, with multiple cross-functional teams/stakeholders

 

  • Data analysis, modelling, and visualization charts/graphs
  • Critical and analytical thinking
  • High attention to detail, and high level of professionalism
  • Proactive, self-motivated, self-starter, minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational, time and workflow management skills
