Job Description::

We are seeking an experienced Ariba Technical Lead to oversee the full systems lifecycle for SAP Ariba (S2P) functional solutions. This role encompasses both Upstream (Sourcing, Contract, SLP) and Downstream (Buying and Invoicing) processes, with a focus on Ariba Integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Systems Lifecycle Management:
• Lead the implementation and rollout of SAP Ariba solutions, ensuring successful project delivery from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Manage Ariba integrations and support maintenance projects within the Source to Pay functional area.
• Client Collaboration:
• Work closely with clients to demonstrate functional and professional expertise, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
• Project Management:
• Apply project management skills to enhance productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, and resolve issues.
• Identify and implement techniques for cost savings and improved project outcomes.
• Functional Design and Configuration:
• Prepare functional designs, specifications, and system configurations based on user requirements analysis.
• Conduct relevant testing and deployment of designed business solutions.
• Technical Expertise:
• Understand configuration dependencies and interrelationships between SAP Ariba modules, providing expertise in issue resolution.
• Lead user requirements gathering, blueprinting, and documentation processes.

Qualifications:

• Technical Experience:
• 8+ years of technical experience with SAP Ariba Integrations (SAP PI/PO, CI9, CIG, ITK, Web Services, RFC, Business Add-ons).
• 3+ years of experience with current SAP Ariba configuration.
• 3+ years of experience with current SAP configuration.
• 3+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting knowledge management solutions.
• Project Implementation:
• Experience with 3+ full life cycle (FLC) large project implementations.
• SAP Ariba Integration Certification preferred.
• Delivery and Leadership:
• 3+ years in a delivery role leading an SAP team.
• 3+ years of experience in client-facing consulting engagements.
• Proven ability to manage and lead teams of various sizes.
• Consulting Experience:
• Extensive experience in management consulting or consulting services (Big 4 preferred).
• Knowledge of MM in S/4HANA is a significant plus.
• Certification in Ariba Sourcing, Contract, SLP, Buying and Invoicing, or Commerce Automation is also a plus.

Experience Required:
7-10 years (minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the role).
