Job Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Developer who can effectively lead technical discussions in both group forums and with business partners while showcasing strong hands-on experience. This role requires a highly skilled communicator who can bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce development, and certifications, and should be able to work in a collaborative environment to drive business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and actively participate in technical discussions with internal teams and business partners.
Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, LWC, and other Salesforce technologies.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure technical solutions align with business needs.
Work in an agile environment, contributing to sprint planning and execution.
Ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code by following Salesforce development best practices.
Requirements:
PD1 and PD2 Certification (must have).
Experience leading or participating in technical discussions with multiple stakeholders.
Proven expertise with Salesforce technologies including Apex, and LWC (Lightning Web Components).
Completion of Apex and LWC Super Badges on Trailhead (must have).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey technical concepts to a diverse audience.
Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
