Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Commerce Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce Commerce Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce B2B Commerce solutions that help our business optimize their operations and enhance their digital presence. This position will support our IT team and is eligible to work a remote schedule.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop comprehensive Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud solutions, while ensuring scalability, security, and simplicity.
  • Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud with other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware.
  • Customize and extend the functionality of Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and other related technologies.
  • Ensure the security and compliance of the Salesforce B2B Commerce implementation by implementing proper data access controls, encryption, and adhering to industry best practices.
  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure the Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud with other systems follows best practices across all clouds (Sales, Service & Commerce).
  • Key understanding of the B2C side of Salesforce Commerce Cloud to work on configuration with the teams & vendors.
  • Design and develop test and delivery frameworks and harnesses.
  • Monitor product and feature-level quality health metrics (testability, test health, test coverage, etc.).
  • Be responsive to bugs and prioritize customer investigations.

 

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum (5) years of experience working directly on the Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud platform, not just integrations into the platform.
  • Minimum (3) years of experience with Agile or iterative development methodologies.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visual Force, SOQL, SOSL, Flows, and APIs.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of B2B personas, business processes, process flows, cart-to-order flow, checkout flow, and customer experience to effectively develop solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Excellent written and verbal collaboration skills.
  • Minimum (3) years of experience in integration of systems using REST APIs.
  • Proficient in Site Genesis, SFRA, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud Business Manager Configuration and customization.
  • Experience developing applications on Cloud Craze B2B application enabling product search and check out for placing eCommerce orders.
  • Salesforce Commerce Cloud certification – must
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent combination of education and experience
