Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Pega Senior System Architect (SSA) with expertise in Smart Dispute to join our team in Sunrise, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Pega technology to enhance our Smart Dispute application. This role requires strong analytical skills, experience in Pega development, and a deep understanding of financial dispute management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and design robust Pega solutions.
- Develop and implement Pega applications using Smart Dispute functionality, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry best practices.
- Perform system integrations and enhance existing Pega applications for improved functionality and performance.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Participate in project planning and provide estimates for development tasks.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards related to financial services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pega Developer, with at least 2 years in a Senior System Architect role.
- Strong experience with Pega Smart Dispute and related financial services applications.
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification is required.
- Proficiency in Pega PRPC, rules, case management, and integration methods.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in financial services, particularly in dispute management.
- Knowledge of Pega’s latest features and enhancements.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
