This Android Developer will be supporting an exciting effort to create a new mobile vision SDK that will allow developers to integrate computer vision-based capabilities such as barcode scanning, product recognition, augmented reality experiences. This work will require someone with strong react native skills on IOS and Android.
Position: Android Developer
Duration: 6 months+ Contract – (option to convert any time after 6 months)
*Must relocate to HQ once converted**
Location: Fully remote
Interview: 2 rounds (Technical discussion w/ HM & Team Lead)
Required Skills and Experience
– Augmented reality and machine learning/camera experience (ARCore, MLKit, CameraX)
– Well-rounded understanding of Android framework components
– Experience Kotlin programming language
– Experience with SDK tool kit
– Experience with Kotlin
– Experience with XML views
– Experience with Jetpack Compose
– Experience with TFLite
