Responsibilities
- Installation, configuration, and management of Nutanix CI and Files clusters
- Responsible for successful delivery of Nutanix activities within the DC landscape
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues in Nutanix environments.
- Nutanix AHV (Acropolis Hypervisor) administration.
- Prism Central and Prism Element management.
- Migration of workloads and data to/from Nutanix clusters.
- Understanding of Nutanix LCM, firmware and BIOS upgrades.
- Through understanding of AHV Hypervisor along with platform level support
- VMware vSphere infrastructure installation and management.
- VMware ESXi hypervisor administration.
- Infrastructure appliances and virtual machines provisioning and administration
- Troubleshooting CVM related issues.
- Ability to fully understand the ITSM Workflow with hands on experience of Service Now.
- Strong problem-solving skills with excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to handle production issues proactively and resolve them with expectation of support beyond weekdays.
