Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Project Manager with 8-12 years of experience in the banking industry, ideally from organizations such as Citi, JP Morgan, or Morgan Stanley. The role involves end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery of banking and financial projects.
Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and track detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines specific to banking projects.
• Identify potential risks and develop and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status, progress, and any critical issues to senior management and key stakeholders in the banking sector.
• Coordinate with external vendors and cross-functional banking teams as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field, with experience in the banking industry (Citi, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley preferred).
• 8-12 years of project management experience within banking or financial services.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with banking regulations, compliance, and financial project requirements.
