Job description:
- The .Net Developer position will provide expertise in a wide range of technical areas, including but not limited to: ASP. Net Core, Web API, MVC, JSON Framework, JQuery, Java Script, and C#. Software design and development, and application of new technologies and languages which are aligned with other Ford Direct internal projects.
Essential Job Functions:
- Design and development of interaction with Web API’s.
- Develop and integrate software applications using AGILE methodology applying standard architectural patterns, taking into account critical performance characteristics and security measures.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects and Senior Developers to establish the physical application framework (e.g. libraries, modules, execution environments).
- Create Technical design documents and process documents
- Knowledge on Deployment processes
- Knowledge on front end, based reporting and data pagination, etc.

- SQL Server
- Agile software development, JIRA, Wiki
Other Responsibilities:
- Working knowledge and experience with C#
- Microsoft .NET Web Development
- Experience with Visual Studio
- Experience programming against SQL Server and MySQL database back-ends
- Effective communicator at the team level with verbal and written communication
- Detail oriented with good time management, multi-tasking and flexibility skills
- TFS Release Management
- Understanding of SQL Server database(s) including tables, views, stored procedures, etc
- Excellent programming and problem-solving skills with an aptitude to learn & apply new technology skills
- Working knowledge and database management of MS SQL
- Server and a solid grasp of relational database concepts
- Strong in Data Analysis
- Ability to work flexible hours to support application launch
Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:
- Should have Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technology related discipline
- Candidates without degrees will need to have a proven track record
Experience:
- 5+ years in all applicable technologies
