- 10 yrs exp Techno functional Handson Oracle Cloud HCM with expertise on Oracle fusion Core HR, Compensation , Recruitment, Benefits Modules.
- Should be able to work on Extracts, HDLs, Fast Formulas.
- Should be able to drive discussions with business across perform Root Cause Analysis and share scalable solutions..
- Should have min exp of 2 Implementations and 3 AMS project exposure for modules Core HR, Comp, ORC, Benefits modules. Desired years of experience
- Minimum years of experience: 8-10 years
