Job Title – Sr. Linux Developer (7509)
Job Location – Remote – Will need to go on–site at Merrifield, VA for 1st week to meet the team and orientation.
Citizenship Requirements – US Citizen
Clearance Requests – Customer Public Trust (Can get started while in the process)
Job Duration – 4 months Contract (640 Hours)
Must have skills
• Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
• Proficient in programming, with experience using languages such as C++ and C#. C++ experience is a must.
• Solid experience socket-based, multi-threaded applications in a Linux environment is a must.
• Solid experience with Linux-based software development environments, like QTCreator.
• Solid experience with Oracle and PL/SQL is a plus.
• Solid experience in software development, coding, testing and debugging, as well as overall software design principles.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work well with others in a team
• Understanding in software security and privacy practices is a plus
Assist with software upgrades.
