Position: Oracle Fusion Finance/HCM Specialist
Location: Hybrid Role in Atlanta, GA (1-2 Days Onsite)
Visa: No H1b
- 60% Technical 40% Functional
- The candidate is expected to have 10 to 12 years of expert domain knowledge in Finance/Vertex/HCM (Employee onboarding/Hierarchies/PPM/GL/AP/AR) cycles.
- Candidate should have extensive experience in Microsoft logic apps development and integrations
Must have been a part of at least 3-5 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance/ERP implementations.
Finance/SCM/HCM module –
- Well versed with Cloud technologies (OIC/OTBI/e-text templates/SQL tuning/groovy scripts), must have expert working experience in 5 or more of these modules in addition to the core.
- The candidate is expected to have 10 to 12 years of expert domain knowledge in Finance/Vertex/HCM (Employee onboarding/Hierarchies/PPM/GL/AP/AR) cycles.
- Candidate should have extensive experience in Microsoft logic apps development and integrations
- Must have been a part of at least 3-5 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance/ERP implementations.
- TCA/Customer
- HCM (Employee master/Assignments/Rolloff/Payroll/Hierarchies) (Preferred)
- Account Receivables (Preferred)
- Account Payables (Preferred)
- Project Portfolio Management (Preferred)
- General Ledger (Preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Solid understanding of integration patterns, protocols (REST, SOAP), and message formats (JSON, XML) commonly used in enterprise integration.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- The candidate should have been in client-facing roles and interacted with customers in requirement-gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing and go-live.
- Assist in identifying, assessing, and resolving complex technical issues/problems with Integration. Interact with client frequently around specific work efforts/deliverables
