Job Description
We are searching for a Senior Data Architect to provide services as Director, Data Warehouse, Team Leader responsible for overall architecture, design, development, and maintenance of data warehousing and data mart systems and services for the entire enterprise’s business function. This position will be full-time and hybrid.
What You’ll Do
- Responsible for overall architecture, design, development, and maintenance of data warehousing and data mart systems and services for the entire enterprise’s business function
- Work closely with customers from a strategic perspective to identify and maximize opportunities to utilize federated data systems to improve business processes, promoting the strategic use of information technology, and enabling the work force to use technologies as a competitive tool
- Ensure the development of enterprise-wide standards to ensure compatibility and integration of multi-vendor platforms
- Organizational balancing and system coherency between front-end desktop/client environment and data back-end processing functions
- Provide corporate leadership, vision, and direction for federated data systems, in support of the enterprise’s business objectives and requirements
- Provide Data integrating system solutions
- Ensure data security is implemented for solutions
What You’ll Need
Required:
- Master’s or b degree in computer science, information systems, or another related field
- A minimum of ten (10) years of IT and business/industry work experience, with at least three (3) years of leadership experience in managing multiple, large, cross-function teams and projects, and influencing senior level management and key stakeholders
- Advanced level experience in cloud architecture and implementation
- Leadership experience with managing and completing complex projects relevant to server/database infrastructure services
- Advanced to expert level knowledge and understanding of architecture, applications, systems design, and integration
- Preference will be given to candidates with proven experience in the implementation of federated data solutions
