Splunk –7+ Yrs of Exp
ITSM tools (ServiceNow)–7+ Yrs of Exp –
Risk Management –8+ Yrs of Exp
Cloud Management and Support – 5+ Years
DevOps – 8+
CosomosDB, MongoDB – 5+ Years
Grafana – 3+ Years
Good To have Skills:
Python/Go- 7+ Years
JD:
• 10+ years of Experience
• Strong knowledge in Azure Infrastructure maintenance and support
• Should have strong knowledge in Azure Cloud
• Strong knowledge of DevOps technologies and tools such as Jenkins, Gitlab etc.
• Excellent skills on analyzing, identifying, troubleshooting and rectifying application, infrastructure issues
• Should be able to do hands-on with Ops activities including application monitoring and troubleshooting issues.
• Experience in tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana etc.
• Experience in Cosmos DB and Mongo DB
• Should have experience in Operations and BizOps support roles
• Experience in API test tools such as Postman, Swagger
• Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira Service Management
• Programming or scripting experience in Python or Go is a plus
• Write automation scripts based on business requirements
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge in Agile/Kanban “

Optional Skills: Automation & scripting experience (Shell, Python)
