- Should have Led digital transformation projects with focus on operational efficiencies Coordinated with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Should have managed multi-geo delivery programs and exposure to operating and scalable delivery models Exposure to GenAI and latest technologies is a plus.
- Technical Expertise required Extensive experience in developing and deploying enterprise-level applications using JAVA/J2EE technologies.
- Strong knowledge of various JAVA frameworks, including Spring, Hibernate, and Struts.
- Skilled in designing scalable and secure applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Adept at troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, enhancing system stability and efficiency.
- Comprehensive understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS and Services.
- Experience in migrating on-premises applications to the cloud, leveraging cloud-native services for optimization.
- Proficient in implementing cloud security best practices to safeguard sensitive data and ensure compliance.
