Role Overview:
Manage desktop imaging, EUC infrastructure, and system administration using SCCM tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy and manage OS images via SCCM.
- Perform software deployment, patching, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and optimize performance.
- Provide documentation and end-user support.
Essential Skills:
- OT Desktop Imaging, SCCM expertise
Desirable Skills:
- EUC management and endpoint troubleshooting
