Role Overview:
Seeking an experienced Oracle EBS SCM Functional Analyst to lead the design, implementation, and support of Oracle R12 modules, focusing on Service Contracts, Install Base, Field Services, and Depot Repair. The role requires solid business process skills, troubleshooting expertise, and the ability to train users effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional expertise for Service Contracts, Install Base, Field Services, and Depot Repair.
- Design, implement, and support Oracle R12 in diverse business environments.
- Analyze and troubleshoot functional areas, coordinating with technical staff as needed.
- Apply Oracle Service Parts Planning best practices and train users on effective tool usage.
- Ensure smooth transaction analysis and business process optimization.
- Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Deliver excellent customer service and manage off-hours support when required.
Essential Skills:
- 6+ years of experience in systems design, implementation, and functional support.
- Expertise in Oracle R12 modules: Service Contracts, Install Base, Field Services, Depot Repair.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and technical staff.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with multiple implementations across varied environments.
- Solid business process acumen with transaction analysis expertise.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or in teams for long hours if required.
