We’re seeking individuals with extensive SailPoint development experience of over 8 years within the SailPoint ecosystem. Ideally, we need someone who can proficiently identify root causes and address them programmatically rather than relying on manual workarounds or following SOP’s and advise best practices.

Mandatory Requirements:

Overall IT experience of 8-10 or above years and with minimum 6-8 years of SailPoint IIQ development or lead experience supporting large enterprises over 50K identities.

Strong experience with OOTB connectors such as SAP S4, GRC, Hana, Active directory, Azure, Salesforce, workday, ServiceNow, Rest and SCIM connectors.

Experience with Recertification, custom rules and workflow development, upgrades, patches, Infrastructure maintenance etc.

Expertise in SailPoint troubleshooting, root cause analysis and leading P1/P2 incident bridge calls.

Lead operations experience managing and advising junior members on technical front, performing code reviews, change control and instituting coding best practices.

Required SailPoint Engineer certificationSailPoint Architect certification is a plus.

Required Summary:

•            Supported / Implemented SailPoint for medium to large scale customers across various industry verticals.

•            Knowledge of IAM concepts like JML, RBAC, Provisioning, etc.

•            Strong background in coding and development using Java.

•            Demonstrate strong technical skills.

•            Demonstrate strong problem troubleshooting skills.

•            Able to work under pressure in case of a critical incident.

•            Be a strong team player.

Must Have Technical Skills:

•            Total 8 years of experience in support of SailPoint IIQ tool

•            Minimum 2 years of Level 3 development/support of SailPoint

•            Should have excellent knowledge of JAVA /J2EE, JavaScript and other scripting languages and XML.

•            Strong knowledge of Access Reviews and certifications in SailPoint.

•            Strong Java debugging skills

•            Excellent knowledge and understanding of LDAP concepts and working experience with at least few of the LDAPs.

•            Extensive Experience in development/support of workflows, forms, and other SailPoint IDM Component

•            Experience working with Application/Web Servers (Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere) or developing J2EE products.

•            Excellent oral & written communication skills and ability to work with global counterparts.

•            Customer Facing Exposure is must.
