Position: Oracle ERP Lead

Location: Morristown, NJ (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 months contract

Job Description:

  • 12+ years of experience in ERP Financials and Supply chain modules
  • Good knowledge and experience in Oracle Fusion Financials cloud ERP and should have implementation and roll outs experience
  • The candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and deployment of ERP solutions to meet the business needs.
  • The role involves in-depth understanding and use of the Oracle Fusion and other ERPs platform, other relevant technologies, with the aim of optimizing use of out of box features to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • The role requires working closely with the CXOs and Business leaders and share the strategy of process improvements bringing in overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Should be able to create Point of Views and present it to the customer for any initiatives like ERP consolidations, Roll-outs etc.
  • Will be working closely with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and deliver robust ERP solutions while providing technical and functional support to ERP end-users.
  • Prior experience with working extensively on creating integrations.
  • Understand and articulate complex requirements, and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Oracle Fusion functionality, customization, and integrations.
  • Develop, test, and deploy customizations, custom objects, and new functionality based on evolving business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and deliver robust solutions to optimize business processes.
  • Prior experience in managing internal and external stakeholders and hosting project governance calls with customer.
  • Responsible for ensuring smooth operations across a diverse team working on different applications and resolving project operational issues.
  • Having experience in creating project plan and tracking deliverables across multiple teams ensuring smooth execution of the project.
  • Experience with creating and maintaining all Project management related documents for implementation like Risk Plan Traceability matrix, RASCI matrix, Project Plan, Cut over plan etc.
  • Should be able to work independently with end users\ Business track leads to come up with a business process change and engage via workshops\ sessions to get it approved and implemented.
  • Understanding requirement and provide technical solutions
  • Adhere to the timeline and focus on delivery with good quality
  • Good communication skill and ready to explore and learn new skills
  • Having a strong understanding of standard development methodologies (Systems Development Life-cycle) in both maintenance and implementation organizations;
  • Good communication, analytical skills, quick learner and process-oriented, with a high customer   orientation.
