Title : Oracle Financials Functional Analyst
Location : Remote
Tax Term : C2C
Experience : 6 to 8 Years
Work Authorization : NO OPT
Tier : Working With Implementation Partner
- 6-8+ years of experience in Oracle R12 E-Business suite with in-depth understanding of Finance business process flows
- Experience in configuring Oracle Modules (GL/AR/AP/FA/SLA)
- Experience with M&A’s and Migration activities
- Map and identify gaps between current and future states and deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Experience in India TDS/GST functionality, Order Management, Service Contracts is a plus
- Experience in Concur and Coupa software a plus
- Full understanding of Enterprise Structure concepts
- Strong overall functional knowledge of Oracle Applications with a good technical understanding of the Oracle tables
- Knowledge of accounting and financial concepts
- Understanding of all the phases of Software Development Life Cycle including Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Implementation, and Support
- Experience in systems analysis and requirements gathering
- Experience in writing Functional Specification documents and high-level technical specifications
- Experience in creating test cases and performing end to end testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic SQL and Oracle tables knowledge
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Highly motivated, results oriented, with the ability to drive continuous improvement
- Able to collaborate effectively with Business team/stakeholders
- Experience with Salesforce (CRM) order flow and integrations with EBS a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision and work in small team environments.
- Will start on one of the project where we need a resource with Receivables and collections knowledge (Same resource will pick up some P2P work as part of the M&A tasks).
