Job Overview:
We are seeking a Technical Lead with strong proficiency in Unix Administration and MQ (Message Queue) Administration, along with the ability to manage onsite-offshore teams. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Unix Shell scripting, FIX portal understanding, and end-to-end application/data flow management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage distributed projects between onsite and offshore teams.
• Oversee Unix Administration, ensuring system stability and performance optimization.
• MQ Administration: Monitor and optimize messaging systems.
• Understand and manage the full application/data flow.
• Knowledge of the FIX portal for financial market integration.
