Job Title: OIM (The Oracle Identity Manager )Consultant
Work Location: Atlanta, GA 30339 / Raleigh, NC 27601 (Onsite).
Contract: Long Term
Roles and Responsibilities:
- The Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) Administrator will be part of the Identity & Access Management Run Team within the Corporate Cyber Security Division.
- The candidate will be responsible for OIM administration, including application on-boarding, account reconciliations, job monitoring, release deployments user & system account provisioning and entitlement setup.
- Handle requests and incident through ticketing queues within ServiceNow.
- Complete user stories assigned to an iteration within Rally.
- Candidate must exhibit the ability to identify risks, work out possible solutions with internal clients and Lines of Businesses.
- They are encouraged to handle tasks assigned to them with little or no supervision while escalating to Scrum Master and Product Owner as necessary.
- We will drive compliance and security within Truist, which will help ensure only the right people have the appropriate access for the right reasons.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Running of jobs, monitoring, and resolving exceptions.
- Handling production incidents and support requests within our SLA.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for access issues and escalate, as necessary.
- Incorporating process changes and updates into the Standard Operation Procedures (Runbook) in SharePoint.
- Participate in all Scrum ceremonies.
- Perform scheduled tasks supporting deployments and releases.
