Role: Business Analysis – Lead
Location: Bentonville, AR(Onsite)
Duration: Long Term Contract
Note: We need Ex-Walmart Candidate(Mandatory)
JD:
- Analyse Legacy systems and come out with improvement recommendation for NextGen product
- Proactively identify and monitor risks & issues, determine mitigation plans to reduce potential impact
- Collaborate closely with Business to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.
- Analyze business requirements and provide solutions to improve process and reduce cost.
- Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams.
- Work with IT team to understand the system and document the process.
- Analyze the system process and identify the Areas that needs improvement.
- Work with Business to provide solutions to enhance the system performance.
- Create reports and review with the Business.
