Seeking Microsoft Messaging Engineer with 8+ yrs. of experience.

Microsoft Messaging Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
·    Managing and monitoring any issues with Exchange Server and Outlook.
·    Creating mailboxes for end users.
·    Troubleshooting any issues with MS Teams, Zoom, and Webex.
·    Creating new sites using SharePoint.

Qualifications:
·    Strong experience with messaging and collaboration tools like MS Exchange, MS Teams, Zoom, and Webex.
·    Good experience with Office 365, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
·    Experience with machine testing on applications.
·    Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
