Role: Senior Business Analyst (ServiceNow APM Module)
Location: Frisco TX, Kansas City MO, Atlanta GA (Onsite)
Duration: Contract
Job Description:
- Facilitate workshops with Client stakeholders (Dev, Architect and Product/Process Owners) to gather detailed requirements for application rationalization, ensuring that all business, technology, and cost perspectives are captured in the APM solution.
- Collaborate with technical teams on APM architecture and solution design. Ensure that business requirements are translated into functional specifications for ServiceNow APM implementation (Requires hands-on experience of ServiceNow APM Module)
- Conduct data analysis and portfolio assessments, providing insights on application cost, risk, and business fit, to guide decision-making in the rationalization process. Experience in creating dashboards/reports in ServiceNow and user stories for development.
Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (Mandatory), Additional CIS (Certified implementation Specialist) APM or other CIS certifications.
