Provide expert support for the Genesys Contact Center platform, focusing on troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance of CTI Genesys and Avaya Aura systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and troubleshoot Genesys and Avaya Aura systems.
  • Perform system updates and configurations.
  • Collaborate on issue resolution and system improvements.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis for critical issues.

Required Competencies:

  • Expertise in CTI Genesys and Avaya Aura.

Experience:

  • 10+ years in Genesys support.

Essential Skills:

  • Genesys platform expertise, problem-solving, independent work.

Desirable Skills:

  • Enterprise Genesys support experience.
