Job Title:   Pega Architect
Location:  Newark, NJ
Duration: Long Term

Mandatory Skills: Java, JBoss

Job Discription:
  • Conduct thorough stakeholder meeting and gather required information towards driving Broadridge into capability-centric architecture.
  • Document business requirements, business capability, process flows, and technical specifications in a clear and detailed manner.
  • Understanding of Corporate Action / Proxy/ Interim processing lifecycle
  • Define and design target-state capability architecture, business service catalogue which are implementable in selected BPM platform
  • Experience working in complete life cycle of a BPM project (designing business process to working with technical team during implementation)
  • Assess business processes, Identify Bottlenecks and define implementable target state
  • Analyzing audit trails and data trends for process mining to improve performance and identify workflows to automate
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Offer post-implementation support and troubleshooting to resolve any issues that arise.
  • Drive continuous improvements of implementation based on customer experiences
  • Familiarity in business process optimization and performance improvement.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with very senior stakeholders
  • Proficiency in creating clear and detailed documentation.
    • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) around all key decisions during project delivery
    • Proven team player and team builder

Nice to Have

  1. Hands on experience in BPM tool like Pega, Appian and Camunda etc
  2. BPM Camunda
  3. Experience in frameworks like Togaf and Bizbok
  4. Knowledge of BPMN 2.0
