Role: Business Analyst (SAP/ERP and Supply Chain Background)

Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with a background in SAP/ERP and Supply Chain to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between the business and IT teams, ensuring that business requirements are clearly translated into IT solutions. This position requires strong process management and communication skills, as well as the ability to drive projects in collaboration with a Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate Business Requirements: Work with business stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into IT functional specifications.
Process Management & Improvement: Analyse and improve existing business processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Communication: Exhibit strong written and oral communication skills, facilitating clear and concise conversations between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Project Execution: Support and drive project execution alongside the project manager, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
Business-IT Partnership: Act as a bridge between IT teams and business stakeholders, ensuring both sides are aligned on objectives and outcomes.
Solution-Oriented: Proactively identify and offer solutions that align with both business and IT needs.
SAP/ERP Expertise: Leverage SAP/ERP expertise to support various business processes and system configurations.
Supply Chain Knowledge: Apply knowledge of supply chain management to analyse and optimize supply chain processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
SAP/ERP Expertise: 5+ years of experience working with SAP or other ERP systems, with a strong understanding of system integration and configuration.
Supply Chain Experience: 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record of optimizing supply chain processes.
Process Management: Demonstrated experience in process management, including process mapping, improvements, and reengineering.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both IT and business teams.
Project Management Collaboration: Experience working with or supporting project managers to execute and deliver projects on time.
Solution-Oriented Mindset: Ability to identify and recommend innovative solutions to business and technical challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in the scientific or healthcare industry.
- Experience with Agile project management methodology.
