We are seeking an experienced Data Architect with a strong focus on PySpark, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and Power BI to design and implement scalable data solutions. The ideal candidate will excel in data engineering, integration, and visualization, creating efficient, reliable, and secure data pipelines and reporting solutions.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Data Architecture Design: Create high-performance data architecture solutions to support business intelligence and analytics.
- Data Pipeline Development: Build and manage robust ETL processes using PySpark and ADF.
- Data Modeling: Develop data models that optimize query performance for analytics and reporting.
- Integration and Automation: Implement strategies for automated data flows ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Data Governance and Security: Ensure compliance with data governance and privacy regulations.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and enhance data processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Reporting Visualization: Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI for actionable insights.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for data architectures and processes.
- Troubleshooting Support: Provide technical support for data-related issues.
- Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or related field.
- Experience: 15+ years in data architecture and engineering, specializing in PySpark, ADF, and Power BI.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in PySpark for big data processing.
- Extensive experience with ADF for data orchestration.
- Strong expertise in Power BI for visualization.
- Knowledge of Azure services and strong SQL skills.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications: Microsoft Azure, Power BI, or data engineering certifications are a plus.
- Experience: Background in a large enterprise environment is preferred.
- This role also includes providing technical guidance to enhance team capabilities and productivity.
