Role Overview:
The RTE facilitates the Agile Release Train (ART), ensuring alignment and value delivery across Agile teams through program increment (PI) planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Agile Expertise: Apply Agile principles and SAFe framework.
- Orchestration: Lead PI planning and execution.
- Facilitation: Guide key Agile rituals.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve workflow obstacles.
- Metrics: Track ART progress and inform decisions.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of ongoing enhancement.
- Servant Leadership: Support and empower teams.
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and communication.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking.
- Technical knowledge in software development (preferred).
- Conflict resolution and change management expertise.
- SAFe Certification: Required.
