Title: Salesforce Program manager

Duration:6+ months of Contract with possible extension of hire

Location: Chino, CA (Onsite from Day 1,No flexibility for Remote/Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

•           Leadership & Strategy: Lead and manage Salesforce engagements, providing pre and post-sales support to clients. Build trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders to navigate digital transformations.

•           Project Management: Oversee a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring successful delivery of complex projects. Manage vendor relations, budgets, customer satisfaction, contractual compliance, and resource allocation.

•           Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders. Lead discovery and scoping sessions, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate Salesforce solutions.

•           Customer Experience: Establish and execute strategic customer experience initiatives to ensure outstanding service across all interactions. Drive change management initiatives to implement new processes and technologies.

•           Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and profitability is maintained. Plan and own finances, including timing implications and key dates.

•           Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor cross-functional and global teams. Encourage innovation and support career development.

Qualifications:

•           Experience: 15+ years of customer-facing experience in management consulting and customer success. Proven history of delivering and leading complex projects.

•           Salesforce Expertise: 10+ years of experience with Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing and Commerce Cloud

•           Methodologies: Proficiency in Waterfall, Scaled Agile, SAFe, Kanban, SDLC, ITIL, CSM-SCRUM, Jira, and Confluence.

•           Business Acumen: Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and Profit and Loss management.

•           Industry Knowledge: Expertise in Life Sciences, Retail, Travel, and Hospitality verticals.

•           Skills: Strategic business alignment, risk mitigation, change management, business process management, workforce management tools, multichannel marketing, branding, and loyalty programs.

•           Leadership: 19+ years of people management experience, including team building, diversity and inclusion, and talent development.

Preferred Qualifications:

•           Experience with Salesforce Automotive Cloud, Experience migrating from Salesforce Classic to Lightning, Omni-channel customer service, including AI, live agent, social, SMS, web, chatbots, and mobile.

•           Strong communication and negotiation skills.

•           Ability to manage large-scale Agile projects from sales handoff to program increments, onboarding, and value realization.
