Job Title: Cyber Security Architect/Engineer
Location: Cary North Carolina 27560
Duration: Long Term
Looking For USC OR GC to obtain Postal Clearance. 
Responsible for the security architecture across a variety of applications or domains, to include cloud computing, and assigned to project/initiatives of large size, complexity and risk. The Senior Cyber Security Engineer develops actionable security blueprints, principles, models, designs, standards and guidelines to ensure enterprise information technology architecture and support is consistent, usable, secure and adds value to the business.
Review user needs and requirements, and interprets and uses IT architectural guidelines to review system architecture designs or system
Document design specifications, installation instructions, and other system-related information to integrate and migrate existing and planned platforms in support of an organizations enterprise architecture
Discern protection needs (e.g., security controls) to compare an organizations protection requirements to its information security guidance; identifies gaps in its security architecture, presents considerations for applicability and risk, and provides recommendations for remediation
Experience Level:
Extensive experience (5+ years) in information security operations and/or related IT operational functions
Education:
Must possess a minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Information Security (Masters Degree preferred).
Certifications: (One or more required)
CompTIA Net+/CompTIA A+ /CompTIA Security +/ CPTE – Certified Penetration Testing Engineer/CEH – Certified Ethical Hacker GSEC.
