Rate: $40/HR On C2C
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Services supported include:
- Microsoft Identity Manager 2016
- Oracle DB
- Azure Active Directory Connect
Required Skills:
- At least 1-2 years of experience with Active Directory
- Experience working with and writing scripts in Powershell
- Experience working with and writing SQL queries
- Experience with Windows Server administration
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong documentation skills both technical and for end-users
- Ability to operate well in a team environment
- Ability to operate in regulated business environment (where compliance to government regulations is critically important)
- Proven ability to multi-task efficiently
- Proven ability to effectively troubleshoot technology issues
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to be part of an on-call support rotation
- Experience with an ITSM application, preferably ServiceNow and JIRA
Nice to Have Skills:
- Certifications in ITIL, MCSA, or any recent IAM products
- 1-2 years of MIM 2016 or FIM 2010 experience
- Experience with Azure and O365
- Experience with SPLUNK
- Experience with GitHub
