Job Title: QA Test Engineer
Location: Minneapolis, MN – Hybrid (Onsite)
Duration: Long-Term Contract
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various applications and systems.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand functional and technical requirements.
- Perform manual and automated testing across various platforms (web, mobile, API, etc.).
- Identify, track, and report software defects and issues.
- Ensure that software meets the required security, performance, scalability, and quality standards.
- Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives as part of an Agile team.
- Continuously improve the testing process by incorporating new tools, techniques, and best practices.
- Conduct regression testing and manage test environments for ongoing releases.
- Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure they are reflected in test deliverables.
- Provide test status updates, metrics, and defect reports to stakeholders.
