Role: Sr SAP FICO Business Systems Analyst (ECC/S4/Fiori)
Client: County of Santa Clara
Duration: 12 months contract
Location: Santa Clara, CA (Hybrid, 3 days/week onsite)
Visa: USC/GC/EAD-GC/H4
Interview: 2 Video
Remark: LinkedIn Profile is must require with ID proofs.

Objective:
Resource will provide daily functional/security support in the SAP ECC/S4 environment and Fiori Application implementation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- Three (3) years of experience providing technical, analytical, configuration, integration support in S/4 Hana functional areas (MM, FICO, Fixed Asset)
- Implementation and support of Fiori security and applications.
- Knowledge of accounting principles.
Typical Deliverables:
- Resolve end user support requests – through contract end date
- Creating/maintain master data requests – through contract end date
- Research issues/solutions include performing tests on solution – through contract end date
- Assist in analysis and implementation of Fiori Apps for County business process – through contract end date
- Provide S/4 implementation support – through December 17, 2024
Typical Tasks:
- Resolve security requests for access to SAP ERP
- Respond to stakeholders to understand and document business requirements to solve issues.
- Understand County business requirements and write specifications.
- Create/maintain Master Data Requests.
- Troubleshoot problems, identify causes, analyze and resolve system issues.
- Develop, configure, and test possible solutions.
- Load files from various sources for COVID Dashboard reporting, Ariba Spend Visibility, PCard processing, and journal entries.
- Create, perform, execute, document unit and integration testing.
- Research and implement Fiori App for County business process.
- Research and document issues/solution include performing tests for resolution. Includes communicating with SAP vendor on solution.
- Perform other related support duties as required.
