Job Title: SAP ECC/S4 Fiori Consultant
Location: San Jose, CA Onsite 3 days per week in San Jose, CA
Duration: 12+ Months/Contract

Client- County of Santa Clara
Objective:
Resource will provide daily functional/security support in the SAP ECC/S4 environment and Fiori Application implementation.
Onsite: Required 3x a week and as needed
Typical Deliverables:
- Resolve end user support requests –
- Creating/maintain master data requests –
- Research issues/solutions include performing tests on solution –
- Assist in analysis & implementation of Fiori Apps for County business process –
- Provide S/4 implementation support –
Typical Tasks:
- Resolve security requests for access to SAP ERP
- Respond to stakeholders to understand and document business requirements to solve issues.
- Understand County business requirements and write specifications.
- Create/maintain Master Data Requests.
- Troubleshoot problems, identify causes, analyze and resolve system issues.
- Develop, configure, and test possible solutions.
- Load files from various sources for COVID Dashboard reporting, Ariba Spend Visibility, P- Card processing, and journal entries.
- Create, perform, execute, document unit and integration testing.
- Research and implement Fiori App for County business process.
- Research and document issues/solution include performing tests for resolution. Includes communicating with SAP vendor on solution.
- Perform other related support duties as required.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- Three (3) years of experience providing technical, analytical, configuration, integration support in S/4 Hana functional areas (MM, FICO, Fixed Asset)
- Implementation and support of Fiori security and applications.
- Knowledge of accounting principles
Contract Term: 12-months
On-Site Requirements: Hybrid – 3 Days onsite
