Job Description: Location: Deerfield Beach, FL | Hybrid: 3 days on-site
As a Power BI Report Developer, you’ll be a self-starter with a passion for data, comfortable working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and maintain them in alignment with department governance standards. Your work will drive efficiencies and support key business decision-making through data-driven automation and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate deep expertise in data, data models, database structures, and data behavior to design impactful reporting solutions.
• Operate autonomously, making informed decisions with limited oversight.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and assess requirements, then design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain sustainable reporting solutions.
• Create engaging and informative dashboards and reports using Power BI, applying appropriate chart types and visualizations to clearly convey insights.
• Identify and resolve performance issues in reports and dashboards by optimizing data queries, models, and refresh rates.
• Adhere to team methodologies, processes, standards, and documentation requirements.
• Contribute to SETF’s Spark initiative by delivering innovative solutions across various technologies, recommending the best-fit tools for each project.
Release Comments: Target candidates that can work hybrid with 3 days in Deerfield office – anticipate 1st day in the office. Candidate will need personal device until a company device can be issued.
