- Soft skill: Someone who has worked on a large scale project
- Cross collab with offshore development that will be implementing the design
- Large project enviroment
- Audit experience helps, but not critical requirement

- Really just more technical in a large environment is key
- Needs to be able to understand complexity of our clients app working with the 2-3 teams within each pod.
· Data knowledge for our client team is dealing with a lot of data. Technical architect who has worked with apps that deal with large data sets.
