Position: DevOps Engineer
Location: Frisco, TX & Remote (Only Tier 2 Locations)
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with expertise in Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and automation. You will be responsible for building and operating Kubernetes environments, cloud infrastructure provisioning, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate is proficient in Python or Golang, with a deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Terraform for infrastructure provisioning. You must be able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team to deliver scalable and automated solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and operate Kubernetes environments, ensuring reliability and scalability.
- Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Pulumi, Crossplane, or CloudFormation.
- Design and implement control planes to manage cloud and infrastructure operations.
- Work with Python or Golang to develop automation scripts and manage infrastructure.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient delivery of solutions in DevOps and agile environments.
- Automate processes and develop solutions that enhance the delivery of cloud-native services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve infrastructure performance and optimize workflows.
Primary Skills:
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes fundamentals and hands-on experience with building and operating Kubernetes clusters.
- Proficiency in Python or Golang for automation and development.
- Expertise in DevOps pipelines, particularly using Terraform for cloud infrastructure provisioning.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with the above tech stack (open to candidates with a variety of experience levels if they possess the right skills).
